Video for the article

Competition between leading operators cellular communications Russia is forcing them to use various tricks, with the help of which they can simultaneously manage subscribers and increase their profits. To this end, Beeline unilaterally changes outdated tariff plans to new ones, often unprofitable for customers, and also seeks to impose paid services using various methods. But what should people do who are used to saving and are very surprised by sudden debits from their account? To understand where money goes on Beeline, we suggest understanding the reasons and ways to control services and subscriptions.

Top 4 reasons for writing off money from your account

Unfortunately, the number of complaints about the mysterious disappearance of money among Beeline clients is constantly growing. This fact is explained by the sum of two components: a change in marketing activities within the telecommunications company and the active actions of third-party organizations offering, for a certain subscription fee, to subscribe to the mailing list of horoscopes, jokes, weather forecasts, etc. Taking into account these factors, a total of 4 reasons can be identified that explain why money is withdrawn on Beeline.

  1. For providing paid subscriptions from third-party Internet resources. This is the most common reason for debiting money from an account, since it is easy to activate a subscription without knowing it. For example, when clicking on a link while surfing the Internet from your phone, when replenishing your account through an unverified site, while making online purchases.
  2. For the provision of paid services from Beeline that were ever connected and which the subscriber forgot about.
  3. Money can be withdrawn for debt using another number documented for one person.
  4. Due to hidden services that were initially activated in the tariff package, but were not announced by the operator. Withdrawal of money for this reason often occurs during a remote transition to another tariff plan.

Beeline withdraws money every day: how to turn it off

To disable paid write-offs, you must first determine the reason why the money is written off. You can check this in your personal account, or by calling the Support Center, writing an email, or visiting a Beeline office. Daily charges may occur due to entertainment subscriptions, services with a daily subscription fee, or a paid tariff plan.

Ask to make a copy of the request and put the date and application number on it so that the request reaches the executor, and there remains confirmation that the office was contacted with the request.

They began to notice that in lately Money disappears from your Beeline account, but the paid services connected to the number do not provide for such debits? Don’t know how to find out why Beeline withdraws money? Most likely, the reason for the mysterious write-offs for you lies in the presence of connected paid services or subscriptions that you simply do not know about. Their connection could occur when visiting a site with a bad reputation, or they were connected in addition to some other service and were provided for free at first. Therefore, to solve the problem you need to find out. Much less often, money is withdrawn for other reasons.

The main reasons for money missing on Beeline:

  • Availability of connected paid services;
  • Availability of connected subscriptions;
  • Availability of debts on other Beeline numbers owned by the subscriber;
  • The presence of hidden conditions in the tariff plan.

We did not list the reasons for deception on the part of the operator. It is unlikely that Beeline will brazenly steal money from its subscribers. The operator has a lot of other ways to make money from subscribers, and stealing money from an account is too risky for its reputation. How to find out what Beeline money is withdrawn for if the details did not help

Usually, the situation with mysterious debits from the balance becomes clearer after reading the details of the expenses. However, in some cases, subscribers do not understand the reason for withdrawing money from their account even after having access to a financial report of all transactions made on their number.

If detailing expenses did not help solve the expense problem, you can sort out the situation by contacting the help center or directly to the Beeline office. First, you should try to solve the problem by calling a help center specialist. . After calling the specified number, follow the instructions of the autoinformer, who will help you contact the operator. Tell the specialist about your problem and ask them to explain the reason for writing off the money.

If a call to the customer support center did not achieve the desired result, then take your passport and go to the nearest Beeline office. They will certainly help you here. If the office staff does not explain to you the reason for withdrawing money from your account, then write a statement. If you manage to prove that the debiting of funds was due to the fault of the operator, then you can count on a refund. Although, in fairness, it should be noted that proving the operator’s guilt will be very problematic.

In this article I express my negative, purely subjective opinion towards the Beeline operator and in no case do I impose it on other people! Please, if you do not agree with my opinion, do not read this article!

I’m writing a new interesting article for AskKak, when suddenly I receive an SMS from Beeline: “Your balance is less than 30 rubles.”

"And what? Nothing strange!” - you say. A regular SMS, the kind they send to everyone when your balance runs out.

And I probably wouldn’t have been surprised if I hadn’t topped up my balance exactly 4 days ago. After that, I didn’t call anyone in particular, I tried not to write SMS. Fortunately, now almost everyone is on the Internet: Odnoklassniki, VKontakte and Skype. Subscription fee My tariff does not include “Zero Doubts”. So where did my money go?

Now most of you will say: “Oh, okay, another whiner with his own far-fetched problem. I said it myself and didn’t notice! Yes, I also connected some services, a melody instead of a dial tone, or anti-caller ID. And now he’s trying to tell everyone here how bad Beeline is”...Well, I wouldn’t believe it either, and maybe I wouldn’t even read this nonsense.

But still I decided to write about it. Because my indignation knew no bounds. How so, Beeline?! It seems like a serious company, why would it do such things. That's the problem. We are often biased in trusting cellular operators. Well, since they took it off, there was a reason for it. And so on until it affects them themselves! I recommend that you finish reading the article and check your number, there will probably be a couple of fraudulent services that you didn’t even know about, but at the same time you regularly paid for them for more than one month!

Where does your money go?

And so, to find out where your money went from your balance, you need to tell fortunes using coffee grounds, go to

Note:

Sections of the site are constantly changing. Beeline does not stand still. Or maybe he just wants to confuse us. Therefore, if you could not find your personal account at the specified address, try to find it yourself required section on the main page of the website “beeline.ru”

How to register in your Beeline personal account

If you have not yet registered in your personal account, you can do this like this:

  1. Dial: *110*9#
  2. We are waiting for an SMS with your login and temporary password. The login will be your phone without the first eight (or +7)
  3. Enter data on the Beeline website
  4. After entering a temporary password, you need to come up with a permanent password
  5. Enter New Password, agree to the terms and conditions and go to your personal account

In the “Profile” section you can see a list of connected services. Here you can immediately disable the unnecessary ones, those that you do not need. To do this, click on the switch to the left of the service, select a deactivation date and click on the disable button.

Do you think that's all? Yeah, we were daydreaming... :)

Does Beeline hide the services for which it charges money?

I don’t know if this is an omission of the site developers, or Beeline’s malicious intent, but for some reason not all connected paid services may be displayed in this list. In order to understand whether there are any in your case, you need to carefully look at the “details of communication services”: whether you have been charged for any unknown services.

We go to the “Financial Information” section (at the very top of the site, in the same place as the “Profile” section). In the “Details of communication services” item, select “for the last month” and click the “Online detail” button. After this, a list of your expenses and credits to your account will appear, which will detail when and for what service the money was withdrawn from you.

In this list, I found one paid service (not counting Mobile Internet), which was not even displayed in the list of connected services. But money was regularly withdrawn from my account for several months, and maybe even years (unfortunately, the history can only be traced over the last six months). There was a “Write-off for the Hello service” - this is a service where a melody sounds instead of a beep.

And now the most interesting thing: I didn’t activate the service, I didn’t hear any melody instead of beeps. Moreover, I already encountered a similar case two years ago. At that time, the money that had been written off was returned to me, a little more than a thousand rubles. I received an SMS with the words something like: “Refund for services not provided.” They apologized and said it was some kind of technical error happened. Well, okay, I thought, anything can happen, the main thing is that the money was returned. 🙂 And then the same thing happens again! I think this is no longer an accident. Beeline steals money?

Also, from the screenshot you can see that they quite often charged me for the Internet, and I don’t use the Internet from my phone at all! Later when calling help desk Beeline told me: “You probably have a smartphone and it goes online on its own, updating its applications.” Well, okay, God bless him, perhaps this is really my omission. But somehow it was a lot, in my opinion, it took about 15 rubles. per day!

It turns out that on average my phone went online about 10 times a day, and for each such login, for some reason, a strictly fixed amount of 1.46 rubles was charged. Probably all the updates were same size for several months. 😉 Well, okay... let's sum it up, it turns out that on average I've been withdrawing about 20 rubles per day lately, after changing the “package” tariff plan. Not bad! And I think, where did my money go?! 🙂

Why make it difficult to disable hidden paid services?

It will be possible to disable services that are not visible in the main list of services only by calling the support service at 0611. Those who have at least once encountered Beeline technical support are probably now trembling nervously. 😉 And not without reason! Sometimes it can be very difficult to get through this labyrinth of automatic menus to a live operator. Going to it is not so bad, then you have to wait until they answer you: listen to some 5th symphony by Schubert.

And lo and behold! They answered me: “Yes, indeed, you were charged for this service, but the service itself was not provided. This service you had it disabled back in 2010.” To which I asked (like two years ago) to turn off the services I do not need and return the money written off.

Disable through your operator only those services that you do not see in the list of connected services in your personal account and, accordingly, cannot disable them yourself, otherwise you will be charged 45 rubles. for each service disabled by a Beeline employee.

They promised me to sort this issue out within five days. We are waiting.....Today is the second day of silence, they continue to take money from me for a service not provided. I’ll be sure to add to this article later how it ended.

Check if money is missing from your relatives’ balance sheets

After all this, I decided to check the situation with my parents.

Note:

By the way, you can add other numbers to your personal account to manage services. Very convenient.

Believe it or not... the same song. Were not very connected required services: “Stay informed”, “Your operator” and the encrypted name “PC_PC_MG_AST”, as it turned out this is a discount service for long distance calls. Moreover, whether you call or not, money has been regularly withdrawn since back in 2009.

Parents don’t even remember who exactly connected these services. With their knowledge of the telephone: when, in order to call someone, they dial a number from a “live” notepad, and not from the contact list on the phone, I think it could not have happened without Beeline. Meanwhile, about three rubles were withdrawn from the balance of their phones every day, on weekends and holidays. And this is a little more than 4,000 thousand rubles for each, if you calculate from that time. This is how things are...

Eh...if only the law on the abolition of mobile slavery began to work as soon as possible. You don’t want to change your number, you understand, but I wouldn’t refuse to change the operator. I think this law will benefit us: increasing competition will force operators to provide their services better, lower prices on tariffs (unless, of course, operators agree among themselves), and in general, now they will think again before brazenly robbing their customers!

(12.12.2013) To be continued...

(12/13/2013) They continue to charge money for the “Hello” service...

(12/14/2013) Money returned! As much as 356 rubles! 🙂

But now it’s not clear whether the service itself was disabled or not. In the morning I received an SMS: “The Hello service has been activated for you. Disable service 0674090770"

But I asked to disconnect, not connect! 🙂

I try to disconnect at the specified number, the answer comes: “Dear Subscriber! This service has not been activated for you." Now I will periodically log into Beeline’s personal account to check if money is being withdrawn on the sly again.

I wonder if this happens with other cellular operators? Please write if you have lost money from your balance. Was it possible to get them back?

(03/26/2014) Addition to the article:

Today it turned out that the MTS operator also practices connecting services without the knowledge of subscribers. I inserted an old SIM card today, topped up my balance and it immediately went into the red. After investigations, it turned out that I allegedly personally activated the GOOD’OK (beep) service, although I 100% did not activate any services and no one except me had access to the phone. Just some miracles! Error? But somehow such “mistakes” do not happen in favor of subscribers. Has anyone ever mistakenly forgotten to write off money for a conversation?! Maybe the operator transferred money to someone’s balance by mistake?! Don't think!

In general, always keep an eye on your balance and connected services!
