Step 2: Design the Front and Back Panels

Step 3: Making the Side Panels

Having cut out the inner contour, the part is cut out of the plywood sheet along the outer contour.

Step 4: Gluing the Side Panels

The side panels are simply glued together with wood glue, lots of wood glue. The coated panels are stacked and pressed tightly with some kind of weighting agent, or compressed with clamps, and left in this state until the glue dries.

Step 6: Electronics Placement

Step 7: Circuit Diagram

And finally, the charger itself for lithium-ion batteries is also important. Step 9: Assembling the Battery Pack

Step 10: Connecting the Bluetooth Module and Amplifier

To save space inside homemade products and the compact arrangement of parts, I attached the Bluetooth module to the amplifier board. If you decide to place them this way, leave enough free space between the amplifier and Bluetooth module chips, since both chips require air flow for cooling, and even if they come into contact, a short circuit may occur. I attached the module and amplifier boards to each other using hot glue. If you use a Bluetooth module from any other brain games operating from 5V, then I strongly recommend connecting a grounding insulator to the module power wires to avoid unwanted interference from the module chip.

The output contacts of the module are connected to the input contacts of the amplifier. If you want to use additional features Bluetooth module, now is the time. Step 11: Connecting Crossovers

But it’s not worth screwing in the low-frequency speakers yet; this will be done later, as soon as everything is glued and connected.

The edges of the front panel are coated with glue, it is pressed against the body crafts, and everything is left to dry completely.

Step 14: Service Port Cover

When the glue has dried, you can mount the low-frequency speakers - first connect the wires to them, and then secure them with screws. Assembly.

First of all, we need to disassemble the SVEN 315. I used the video instructions.

Then we disassemble the Bluetooth module and remove the board. This is only needed for my specific 30-pin model (for boards ordered from http://www.dx.com/s/bluetooth+audio+receiver+module this will not be required).


Having disassembled the speaker, we shorten the audio input wire and solder it to the Bluetooth module. We also branch and solder the +5v power supply from USB.

Connect the components using wires as shown in the image.
It is best to glue the Bluetooth module to a printed circuit board. You can also add buttons to the module to adjust the volume, as well as buttons for pause, play and go to the next audio track. But I did not install these buttons.

Step 3: Making the speaker housing




I initially wanted to make the body out of wood because it provides excellent sound quality.

Personal opinion on this device.

The device is definitely needed and I really liked it. The appearance is attractive. The sound, although not perfect, is still better than it could be. Don't think that now I'm only praising the device. In fact, it is Chinese, with all that it implies. Large quantity defective and, as you may have guessed, I also came across a defective copy.

How it happened: About 3 times I connected the receiver to different speakers and it worked, but the connection lasted no more than 5 minutes, everything was fine. I was just glad. But one evening I decided to test the device and connected it to for a long time. He played for about 45 minutes and then the problems started. The signal began to be interrupted more and more often, and the hiccups of the music were heard. It felt like he simply didn’t have time to receive the signal, he was already receiving a new one and missing the previous one. This lasted 2-3 minutes, during which time I tried to stop the music, the receiver played again for a couple of seconds, but again began to interrupt. Those 2-3 minutes passed and all hell broke loose, an eerie squeaking sound mixed with ultrasound came from the speakers. The Bluetooth receiver did not reboot, I had to wait until the battery ran out. After completely discharging, the device worked for a couple of minutes and when I tried to turn it on again, it did not turn on again. On at the moment it was not possible to restore it.

But despite this, DIY Bluetooth speaker is ready, purchase devices of this type and use them!
