I use Magix Samplitude. But if I did not yet have honed skills in working with any of the described programs, then I would choose for myself Cakewalk Sonar, because working with MIDI is implemented better there. And if you install additional modules, you can also import audio files into MPEG formats, WMA, GSM, AC3 and AAC. Overall, Audacity offers a fairly wide range of features for a novice user.
